You will never move in the Spirit while you are blocked by your five senses. Through fasting, we can heighten our spiritual senses, and our ability to perceive in the Spirit.
The senses of our spirit-man will overtake our natural senses. This is when we begin to overcome our flesh, and flow in the anointing and power.
